The NSO Helpline Plus (02) 737-1111 which started in June 7, 2007 has been catering for Filipinos who wants to have a copy of their birth, marriage and death certificate or even CENOMAR issued by the NSO. The DFA Passport Direct (02) 7373-1000 accommodates passport renewals hassle free. Passports are processed and delivered anywhere in the country.
